Lehi junior Anna Martin ran the fastest time in the history of the Utah UHSAA Cross Country State Championships, clocking 17:15 on the 3-mile course at Sugarhouse Park. Martin eclipsed the 2015 record of 17:24.7 set by former Davis standout Courtney Wayment in the 5A final, improving from her runner-up effort of 18:02.5 from last year.
