Stanford senior Harrison Williams won the men's heptathlon with a personal-best 6,042 points at the NCAA Division 1 Indoor Championships at the CrossPlex in Birmingham, Ala. Williams became the first individual national indoor champion for Stanford since 2011 and captured the first national indoor crown for the Cardinal since the distance medley relay in 2014.
