Syracuse senior Justyn Knight placed third in the men's 5,000 meters in a collegiate-leading 13:18.74 at the Payton Jordan Invitational at Stanford's Cobb Track and Angell Field. Knight, who ranks third in the world this year, was just off his personal-best 13:17.51 from the same meet last season.
