Sophomore R.J. Page of the Boston University men's track & field team has been named the America East Male Track Performer of the Week, the league office announced. Page helped the Terriers to a second-place finish at the Battle of Beantown on Friday at Harvard's Gordon Indoor Track. BU collected 158 points while meet-winner Northeastern garnered 159. At the meet, Page won the 60m dash with a time of 6.89 and also shared the 200m title while setting a new meet record (22.06). The Swedesboro, N.J., native has already posted two IC4A-qualifying times this season. In addition to his qualifying 60m run at the Battle of Beantown, Page qualified for the IC4A championships in the 200m dash (21.76) at the Terrier Invitational. The men's track & field team will return to action on Saturday (Feb. 12) when it competes at the Valentine Invitational at the BU Track & Tennis Center.
