Ran at Hayward on Saturday.  Always the best place to compete in a track and field meet in the world (okay, I haven't exactly been to every track in the world but I'm sure a lot of you agree).  Another typical small showing for the steeple but my buddy Dave and I made our way through and survived.  Next up is the USATF National Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Spokane.  Weather is supposed to be quite warm for the mid-day steeple this Friday.  Looking forward to it nonetheless.
