Crystal Springs' Nick Holterman went from not running in last year's Central Coast Section Division V final to winning the title Saturday in 16:37.5 at Toro Park, leading his team to the championship with a 40-66 victory over Pacific Collegiate.

Crystal Springs seniors Katie Chu (19:42.8) and Lianne Blodgett (19:46.6) were second and third in the Central Coast Section Division V final Saturday at Toro Park, leading their team to a 24-62 victory over Priory.

Roman Munoz (15:52.4), Edgar Bonilla (15:59) and Eduardo Orozco (15:59.7) placed first, third and fourth for King City, which captured the Central Coast Section Division IV title Saturday at Toro Park with a 32-57 victory over Scotts Valley.

Saratoga's Steven Sum won the Central Coast Section Division III title in 15:20.44, tied for No. 7 on the Toro Park course, helping his team take second with 67 points. St. Ignatius captured the championship with 32 points.
