5 Signs You Know it's the Off-Season

1. Your favorite workout outfit just doesn't fit right. Candy, soda, fast food, and sweet tea... If coach only knew what you have been eating during the break. Good thing training resumes after Thanksgiving because this top is about to pop!



2. Mind to Body - "No body, we are not late for practice." The alarm is set for 7:30, can't we just sleep in for a change? “Mom! How do I reset my internal clock?”



3.It is the one time of the year you can laugh at how truly funny the word fartlek is without worrying about Coach assigning you more reps.



4.  Those new shoes you scored on Black Friday won't be dirty for at least 3 days..... Yes!



5.  You have teammates training for something called Foot Locker. It sounds like fun but who really wants to run an extra 3 weeks after state. “Maybe I'll do it next year,” which is also what you said last year and will probably say next year.
