STANFORD, Calif. – California freshman Bethan Knights and redshirt junior Chris Walden placed fourth and fifth, respectively, in the NCAA West Regionals on Friday morning at the Stanford Golf Course to qualify for the NCAA Cross Country Championships. The Golden Bear women finished sixth as a team out of 34 schools, while the men placed ninth overall in a field of 29 squads.
