Take your running to the next level learning the fundamentals of training, racing, stretching, performance nutrition and pacing - all while having fun!

World Class Staff on site, with over 30 years of professional running, coaching and camp experience:

NICOLE TETER: 2-time Olympian and American Record Holder. Currently running professionally for Nike and the Oregon Track Club Elite

ANDY DOWNIN: USA National Champion and World Cross Country team member.

Sample Camp Day:

• 10:00 am- Intro to the day, warm-up, hydrate, run (2-5 miles based on fitness/age), cool-down

• 11:15 am- Core training with Olympian Nicole Teter

• 12:00 pm- Lunch

• 12:45 pm- Afternoon learning session (race video, question/answer, guest speaker)

• 1:30 pm- Fitness games

• 2:00 pm- Team competition

• 3:00 pm- End of day
