Our annual race took place Sunday, September 27th, 2009. 

In the 8K, masters runners swept the top 3 men's spots, and 2 of the top 3 women's places.  47 year old Mike Blackmore of Eugene was first overall in in impressive 26:42.  David Gilroy of Vancouver, WA was 2nd in 27:35, followed by Chuck Coats of Sherwood in 27:52.  The top female was Mercy Ray of Medford in 30:55.  Suzanne Ray made it a family affair finishing 2nd (1st master) in 33:20.  Beth Armstrong was a close 3rd in 33:26.

Jeff Sather, the coach of the OTCM Tuesday night runs, won the 5K handily in 16:18.  OTCM member Byrke Beller was the first master, placing 2nd overall in 18:10.  Melanie Neilitz was the women's winner in 21:50, with 2nd overall and first master going to Linda Graetner in 22:21.
