Were you in spikes or flats for those mile repeats?
empb28 Posted Sep 3 2008, 08:51 AM

So you pulled off 7 consecutive mile repeats under 5 minutes.............at 5000 feet?<:-0  I bet you'd whoop anybody's but in a 5K race here in Oregon.  Oregon's highest elevation city is Lakeview at around 4800 feet so make some plans to race here!

Hey. What's up man? You may or may not know who I am. We ran in high school at the same time. I noticed you go to Colorado. How do you like it? I'm thinking about going there next year.

Hey all, This is Jake Keyser.  I am currently running here in the beautiful state of Colorado under the coaching of Brian Berryhill at Colorado State University.  I love everything to do with running, from the pain and disappointments to the joy and successes.  I run because God has given me a gift, and the least I can do is give my all back to him.  There is nothing more satisfying than praising my savior with every step I take.
