| Were you in spikes or flats for those mile repeats? | |
| empb28 | Posted Sep 3 2008, 08:51 AM |
So you pulled off 7 consecutive mile repeats under 5 minutes.............at 5000 feet?<:-0 I bet you'd whoop anybody's but in a 5K race here in Oregon. Oregon's highest elevation city is Lakeview at around 4800 feet so make some plans to race here! |

| Hey. What's up man? You may or may not know who I am. We ran in high school at the same time. I noticed you go to Colorado. How do you like it? I'm thinking about going there next year. | |

Hey all, This is Jake Keyser. I am currently running here in the beautiful state of Colorado under the coaching of Brian Berryhill at Colorado State University. I love everything to do with running, from the pain and disappointments to the joy and successes. I run because God has given me a gift, and the least I can do is give my all back to him. There is nothing more satisfying than praising my savior with every step I take. |
