Where do you race if you don't run on a team?

Little about me: I am a college Senior majoring in Physics. I've been pasionnate about running for years, but for some reason never actually pursued competitive running. Earlier this year, something came over me, I caught the bug, and off I went.

So far this year, I've managed to set a new PR at almost every race I've run, but I've also suffered some set-backs. It's been years since I ran hard so, being the overzealous type I am, I over did it a few times and ended up with minor strains... nothing serious, but enough to be a bit demoralizing.

My current goal in running is to qualify for at least one Division III regionals meet before I graduate and so far, my performance shows promise.
