| well im trying to convince my track team the varsity girls to do it with me the guys are totally excited lol but the girls not so much they r complaining alot lol ive got me and my friend melanie onboard with all the guys so we will see how many we can eat and ill tell ya...lmao | |

| im truely very curious did u do the doughnut work out? i honestly wanna know....lol im down to do it if anyone else wants to try lol anyways im a sophmore my name is janna im the top runner or the 2nd runner at my school for xcountry and for track i had THE best mile time last year and my 800 time was beat by my bff by one second! agh i challenge everyone to the doughnut workout now lol -janna (: |

Well, I've just posted some British Grand Prix vids as well. I usually record any meets that are shown on the BBC, although typically I only save field events for the long term. Are there any meets or races in particular you're interested in seeing? |
