Sup. Dyestat is gone forever, this is my new place of posting. Hopefully it will be for other people too. Therefore, i declare this my new thread for posting about RI high school track, at least until XC next fall. You should also take this opportunity to post about RI Track because both this thread and it's topic of discussion is awesome.
To start things off, how about NBN coming up? We have a bunch of talented athletes going, such as Kadeem Kushimo who's had a sub 10.60 FAT and many handhelds under 10.5. Nick Ross will do well in the mile, Hendi is gonna rip up the 4x1 mile, and La Salle should do decent in the 4x100. Also, Strawderman get's another attempt at the State record in the vault.
Beyond that, whatchall doin this summer to get ready for next year?
