I used to plan my college classes around gym time so I could workout. I would walk 1 mile, do 1 mile on the eliptical then walk more mile. Needless to say I lost my routine. Now, several years later, I've started a new running program. I enjoy the time and the feeling of accomplishment when I've hit a goal, especially if it's something I didn't think I could do. The new plan I've started is called Couch to 5K or C25K is the iPhone app (which I love!!). It's a great program. It works up the way it says, from the couch each program goes for a week but I've stretched each out for 2 weeks so I won't strain myself, I'm not in the best of shape. I'm starting week 6 & I've lost 12 pounds & my blood sugar levels are doing great!! I'm thrilled!!
I've joined this site to get motivation and support from others. I'm happy with myself but I want tips on safely pushing to a better me. If you have any tips please message me!!
