a VERY strange bug has popped up with download document links on the site... if you put in a link to any document in our downloads section, save the custom block or custom tab, then go back in and edit the custom block or tab, the document links get messed up. It actually changes the url link... very strange. Corrupted Download link url - This is what I see before and after:

It seams that "&sect" is being replaced with "§" in the code after you edit a custom block or tab and will happen again and again no matter how many times you fix it. I can go into the html and change the "§" back to "&sect", but you have to remember to do that every time you go back into the block or page for every link. Very annoying.
