The quest for the London Olympics began in earnest for Canadian Olympian Taylor Milne with a scintillating 1000 metre race at the Sharon Anderson Memorial Track Meet in Toronto. Milne broke the tape in 2 minutes 20.94 seconds, the fastest time in the world this season. He was nearly five seconds ahead of his nearest competitor Speed River teammate Kyle Boorsma. Milne will be next in action in two weeks time as he heads to New York City to race at the New Balance Games.
