NCSSAA West was a great meet today on a great course. Race videos, interviews, results, and photos have been uploaded. The meet was highlighted by the debut of Glebe's Yves Sikubwabo from Rwanda. Look for him to do some damage next week at NCSSAA's and then at OFSAA.

Chilly and breezy today at the NCSSAA East Conference XC Championships but great competition all around. Videos, Photos, Results, and Interviews have been uploaded. I will be at KASSAA tomorrow in Kingston!
