Are there any runners in the SW Ontario area to watch this year for 100,200, and 400m? I heard there were a couple of senior men's runners out of the Sarnia area. Any others?

If he wouldn't of had a bad call in wecssa Steve Neumann out of kingsvilee highschool wouldve placed top 12 at Ofsaa for 100 hurdles and he is also a highjumper, in swossa I watched him jump and he just seemed off his game considering he got 12th at Ofsaa last year. With Saturdays results in Steve Neumann would have had to pb to get first but he would have easily gotten top 4. Bad season for a very talented athlete! Watch out for him next year for high jump. But for junior boys 3k Ryan sleiman is my favorite followed by mesina!. In senior boys 400 I'm backing mcbride for first.

Have you even heard of Ryan slieman? He'll get top 3 in both 1500 and 3k! Most likely run a 8.35 for 3k
