The Buzz: Achieved difficult distance sweep when he added Class 4A state championships in 1,600-, 3,200- and 4 x 800-meter relay to individual cross country title he won last fall. Ran Florida's fastest times in 800 (1 minute, 51.04 seconds), 1,600 (4:11.76) and 3,200 (9:10.37).
