This is the sport that takes the runner off of the track and the roads and out into the parks, country roads, and the fields. I've run track and field and Cross Country in high school and had much better results in Cross Country and better times inspite of the hills. Many runners don't like hills,but I did. This is how to try and watch Cross Country. I enjoy this.
