Loved that last lap Tommy! Tactically I don't think you could have run it any better (no need to ponder over your splits)! That being said, 4:10 will come because of races like this one - you don't have to panic by giving up the lead here and there and putting "the hammer down" with 300 to go indicates success in my book! CONGRATULATIONS! So bummed I missed it but so excited I just now found it here on RunnerSpace!
