Running five seniors and being ranked number one in the country was how Coach Timo Mostert's American Fork boys team came into the Nike Cross Nationals in 2010.  He describes some of the challenges he had during the season and how he prepares his team year-round.  He tells us how many days a week he meets during the summer with his team, what kinds of runs they do, and why they do it, among so many other aspects of his program.
