Coach Norton sits down with us to talk about an athlete he discovered through his “on-campus recruiting” of freshmen, and how Bernie Montoya - 97th at Nike Cross Nationals as a freshman and 12th as a sophomore - is developing through his program.  He discusses how he can use an athlete like Bernie to motive others and grow the team.
