Christian Smith who is a Kansas native will rejoin the OTC Elite after a 9 month hiatus. Smith famously finished 3^rd at the 2008 Olympic Trials by diving across the line in the 800 Meters to qualify for the Beijing Olympic Team. Smith’s personal best in the 800 of 1:44.86 makes him one of the fastest active 800 meter runners in the U.S.
