Hi I saw some your training videos! very nice... i like it the movement warm up drills, I am a high school athlete and our coach never has us do warm up drills.


I signed up for the contest to win BOULDER RUNNING CAMP tuition, I could really use some votes, if you could vote I would appreciate it!

HANNAH V. The one who wants to make Footlocker all west team sooooo bad! I made the third team last year and I was really dissapointed..
