Had a 2 year old with a major cough last night that kept both of us up. I was already sleep deprived from a tough travel schedule and Sarah got the brunt of it. So, Sarah went back to sleep and I missed out on the Pisgah Coyote Howl. So, plan B was a 5+ mile run from home with a 6 year old bike pacer! Turns out that it wasn't recovery pace like I was expecting. It was more LT pace...doh! I better get in shape fast!
4 weeks post birth and first mile attempted. It was pretty slow, but other than that it was alright. Maybe my muscles have a vague recollection on what they should be doing in this scenario.
Well ok, if you really want to know about last Monday....Got up @ 5:20, took a shower...went to my office...made coffee...flipped thru the paper real quick....made some calls....collected samples......
