Sign up & Log in problems-
-I've just signed
up to the site and I can't access it straight away. What do I need to do?-
Check that you have received a validation email from Runnerspace, and
follow the instructions on the email to activate your account with us so you
can become registered. This will be sent to the email address that you used to
sign up an account with us - don't forget, check all folders of your email
account as some email providers will store the validation email in your Junk
Mail folders.
-I've forgot my password and I can't
log on. How do I get a new one?-
You need to enter your email address into the "Forgotten Password?"
section for a new one to be generated. Bear in mind that the database will need
to refresh your details on the servers, so please be patient with your request.
-I can't sign on using the name I
have on my profile.-
When you signed up to Runnerspace you were asked to fill in an email and
also a "display name". You would need to make sure that you are signing
in with your "email address" to access the site.
