CSU Earns 4TH PLACE AT the CHICAGOLAND CHAMPIONSHIPSPublished by
Freshman Taquoya Jones wins the Women's Long Jump and 60m dash to lift the Lady Cougars to a 4th place finish in Naperville, IL at the annual Chicagoland Championships hosted by North Central College. This is the best finish for the Women's team this season with 64 points. Zhate' Jackson won the 200m dash, and added a 2nd place finish in the 400m with a season best of 58.08. Jessica McCaskill earned a second place finish in the 60m Hurdles and Leeza Campbell breaks the school record in the 3000m previously held by CSU's Veronica Tovar who broke the record last weekend.
