 FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -- For the second straight year, the Christopher Newport cross country teams dominated the USA South Individual Awards as Ray Gamache was named the men's Runner of the Year for the second time, while Lydia Cromwell and Josh Showalter swept the Rookie of the Year Awards after piecing together sensational 2012 campaigns.
