Eastern Michigan University's men's cross country team had an outstanding showing at the Indiana State Pre-Nationals Invitational, Oct. 18, earning 411 points to take 12th out of a field of 46 teams that included eight regionally-ranked programs. The Eagles were the top team from the Mid-American Conference by a wide margin, followed by the University of Akron in 26th and Ohio University with a 40th-place finish.
