POCATELLO, Idaho- Shayla Neibaur led the Bengals on the first day of the Mountain States Games with her first place finish in the pentathlon. Neibaur scored 3,392 points, a Big Sky qualifying standard. Makenzie Gunter trailed Neibaur in second with a Big Sky qualifying standard of 3,350 points and a personal best in the shot put with a distance of 35-03.75.
