POCATELLO, Idaho Idaho State Head Track and Field Coach Dave Nielsen announced the signing of Madison "Madi" Cicierski to the 2015-16 squad. Cicierski, a native of Billings, Mont., attended Billings Senior High School and excelled in both the discus and javelin, placing third and fourth respectively at the 2015 Montana High School Association Class AA State Championships in Kalispell, Mont.
