Lauren Grindstaff shaved 12 seconds off her personal best in the 5,000-meter run and qualified for the event final, running to a second-place finish in the women's 5k semifinal Thursday afternoon at the NAIA Indoor National Championships.

Two men and two women will represent the Milligan College track & field team this week at the 2014 NAIA Indoor National Championships, set to take place Thursday through Saturday in Geneva, Ohio.
