Santa Clara cross country is set to send eight student-athletes — four men and four women — to Friday s San Francisco State Invitational at Speedway Meadow. The Broncos will not score either team in the event, which features a women s 6k and men s 8k run. It marks the second time this season Santa Clara will race in Golden Gate Park, after competing there in the season-opening USF Invitational Aug. 30.
