Air Force senior Zach Perkins broke his own Academy record in the 1500-meter run on Sunday, June 14, after clocking a career-best time of 3:41.36 at the Portland Track Festival. The recently commissioned second lieutenant deleted 0.10 seconds off of his two-year-old program standard.
