Competition for the 31st Spring Classic, the University at Albany's traditional April home track meet, opened yesterday as the event expanded to cover two days. Day One included the first set of events for the women's heptathlon and the men's decathlon, as well as the men's and women's hammer and javelin throws. The meet continued Saturday with a full slate of events, wrapping UAlbany's first home meet of the 2015 outdoor season, with two more still to come in May.
