    MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - University of Rio Grande cross country/track & field head coach Bob Willey has announced the signing of Lakota East High School's Michael Norris, Jr. for the 2015-16 school year.
    Norris, a 6-foot-6, 191-pound distance runner, starred for head coach Adam Thomas' Thunderhawks in the 800-meter run and 5,000-meter run.
    "Being able to run at the next level has been a goal of mine for three years now," Norris said. "I'm excited - and a little overwhelmed - to have the chance."
