     PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - University of Rio Grande cross country/track & field head coach Bob Willey has announced the signing of George Washington High School's Phillip Colbert, Jr. for the 2015-16 school year.
     Colbert, a 6-foot-2, 160-pound mid-distance runner, ran the 400-meter dash and the 800-meter run for coach Bill Singletary's Eagles, posting career-best times of 49.01 in the 400 and 1:56.13 in the 800.
