The Gamecock track and field team opened competition at the SEC Championships Friday at the University of Kentucky's Nutter Field House. Four individuals made it out of preliminaries in their respective events and will compete in the finals tomorrow, and many more set new personal bests. The team also saw a new season best in the men's 60m and a top-ten all-time mark in the men's 800.
