IRVING, Texas - In a unanimous decision UTEP's Anthony Rotich repeated his 2012 honor and was named the Conference USA Male Cross Country Athlete of the Year announced the league on Tuesday.

UTEP's Anthony Rotich finished in the top 20 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships on Saturday.
