Bulldogs to Begin Season Against Ivy League RivalsPublished by
For the first time since 1998, the Yale men s cross country team will take on both Harvard and Princeton in a historic tri-meet when the Ivy League rivals come together in New Haven on Sept. 12. The three schools held their first tri-meet in 1922, and the tradition continued annually and largely uninterrupted until Princeton ceased taking part following the 1998 meet. Since then, Yale and Harvard have gone head-to-head each season, and the Harvard-Yale meet served as the Bulldogs season opener in 2013. This year, with Princeton once again taking part, the H-Y-P meet will open all three teams seasons and add much excitement to the early-season calendar. Read the full article at: www.yalebulldogs.com
