This weekend, the Yale women s track and field team gears up for its second scored outdoor meet of the season—the annual dual meet with ancient rival Harvard. The meet will be hosted at McCurdy Outdoor track in Cambridge, Mass., and will determine those runners who qualify to compete in the biannual competition against Cambridge and Oxford later in the season. Last year, the Bulldogs performed well at the meet individually but ultimately fell to the Crimson. They return looking to close the gap with Harvard, who won the indoor Ivy League Heptagonal Championships this past March.
