Runners Feed catches up with 2010 Canadian Steeplechase Champion Dana Buchanan.  Dana shares her unique collegiate story which began in tropical Honolulu, Hawaii and ended at powerhouse University of Oregon.  She discusses what kept her motivated throughout an injury plagued 2009 and what she plans to conquer in 2011 and beyond.  Dana is currently competing as a member of the Speed River Track Club out of Guelph, Ontario.  Look for Dana at the Payton Jordan Invitational today (May, 1st, 2011), where she will be competing with some of the world’s best female steeplechasers.  We wish her the best  of luck!
