Finally!! The snow is melting its getting warmer and its safe for me to come outside.  That only means that spring is coming and with it outdoor track season.  I am a big fan of being outside and active, especially in the spring.  With this season fast approaching we are preparing the bus to feed.  We are more than happy to take suggestions on where to go.  But before I end this ramble I would like to share my favorite track workout.  Training for the 400 and 800 I got to do a lot of FAST workouts. 200m - 400m repeats at 400 and 800m race pace were my favorite.
