Aaron Rojas said when he started running as a freshman at Estero High he wanted to be a state champion and to be the best he could be.
Mission accomplished.
Rojas helped the Wildcats win the Class 2A state title last season and was the top runner in Lee County this year to earn The News-Press Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year award.
