Hole runs season's best at Mt. SAC RelaysPublished by
In the 11th and final heat of the men's 1,500 m, Nigel Hole ran a season's best 3:54.08, despite a slow opening two laps. Hole was racing at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, Calif.
The 2011 NAIA All-American closed the last 600 m in under 90 seconds to place third, behind Zach Perkins of Air Force (3:53.24) and Caleb Her Many Horses of Wyoming (3:53.69).
Also in the race were UBC athletes Jordan Smith (5th; 3:54.25) and Justin Kent (7th; 3:54.77).
