I like watching Andy work with the Oregon team. Saw him at the West Regionals at Stanford in November. He likes to get away from the crowd and distractions during the race. Way back by the 1Mile/4Mile markers. It's just him, looking and evaluating his runners as they come by. It makes a difference when you can talk to your runners in a big race like that. He fired Parker Stinson and the others up with words of encouragement. Great finish!
