VALDOSTA, Ga. --- The Ave Maria men's and women's cross country teams traveled to Valdosta, Ga. on Saturday for the VSU Cross Country Opener hosted by Valdosta State University. VSU welcomed 8 women's teams and 7 women's teams to Freedom Park for the meet on Saturday morning. The meet saw the Green and Blue compete in their second meet of the regular season and both teams continue to make improvements.
