EUGENE, Ore. -- Rising sophomore Elinor Purrier (Montgomery, Vt.) of the University of New Hampshire women s track & field team set a qualifying and personal-best time of 10 minutes, 8.33 seconds in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the IAAF World Junior Championships, hosted at the University of Oregon s Hayward Field Thursday afternoon.
